What do I do if I have not received my order?
You can keep track of your order/s in My Account here you can check the status, and once your order/s has been dispatched you will be able to use the Track it feature.
There is an item missing from my order. What should I do?
You can keep track of your order/s in My Account, as your order may have been dispatched in separate parcels. All deliveries will have a dispatch email and tracking information.

Refunds & Returns

You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item.
Products must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging.
Unwanted items can only be returned to us if they are unopened and unused in any way. We cannot refund or exchange an opened or used item unless it is faulty.
We will make a full refund to your card when we receive the item.
We will not reimburse any postage costs.

What items cannot be returned or refunded?
Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash or anything else. They must be used to purchase items from the website.

What methods of payment to you accept?

Payment is only take once your Order/s are dispatch from one of our Warehouses.
Yes you will be charged VAT at the standard UK VAT Rate for deliveries within the United Kingdom.

Why can I see a transaction pending in my bank account?
When you place an order, the payment will show in your account as pending until the product is dispatched. The pending transaction indicates that your payment is authorised to be taken.
